Bringing Our Community Together
Throughout the year, we bring our community together — through cultural celebrations, learning and events — and we’re here for anyone across Greater Manchester facing hardship or isolation.
🌿 What We Organise
🎉 Community & Cultural Celebrations
We host cultural gatherings and celebrations that promote heritage, identity, and unity. These events bring together families and individuals from different backgrounds to share traditions, music, food, and stories.
🧠 Community Support
We’re here for people across Greater Manchester facing hardship, displacement or isolation — including refugees and migrants from the Democratic Republic of Congo and the wider Central and East African region — offering advice, signposting and peer support that helps people rebuild and belong.
📚 Educational & Skills Workshops
We provide educational activities linked to our cultural heritage, including:
• Youth engagement and intergenerational cultural teaching;
• Financial guidance and signposting for people facing hardship
🤝 Community Networking Events
We create opportunities for collaboration between local residents, voluntary organisations, and community leaders to strengthen support networks across Greater Manchester.

Our activities are held in:
